Georgia Peach Returning Home

Hi Everyone,

I was born in Doraville, GA and raised in Jefferson(which is about 30 minutes outside of Athens). About 16 months ago I moved to Portland OR in order to move in with the man of my dreams. However, I hate it out here. :P So back to GA we go. As of Saturday we'll be loading up an uhaul and driving from Oregon to Georgia. I'm really excited and I hope he loves the south as much as I do. I'm not the biggest fan of Georgia but I definitely love the south and want to make my home there. The SO and I plan on enrolling at Gainesville College whenever we get settled in and then transfer to a 4 year after we've done our research. Unfortunately I was never very social when I /was/ living in Jefferson and now need to work on making friends that way and being young. My Grams always tells me that I'm 40 in a 20 year old body (well 22 as of August 6th that is). So if anyone is in that area and would like to meet up, let me know! I'm planning on getting a paralegal degree but am not sure that will be my longterm career. I can never make up my mind about these kind of things. I enjoy movies and music, plays, books, and astrology. I'm also trying to work my way into the feminine aspects of life like hair, make-up and nails. I grew up without much of a mother and my Grams is the biggest tomboy ever known.
